This policy explains how YouDailyPlan handles personal data when you use the journal, habit tracker, daily planner, and reflection features.

We may process account data, email address, device technical information, language, support messages, and the content you choose to record: journal entries, habits, goals, tasks and reminders, mood, gratitude, and personal notes. If you use the relevant modules, this also includes meals and recipes, nutrition, water and hydration, workouts and exercise, household tasks, and menstrual-cycle dates.
Menstrual-cycle, physical activity, meal, nutrition, hydration, and mood data are used to show your records, progress, and estimates in your account. Next-period, ovulation, and fertile-window dates are estimates based on the data you enter; they do not replace medical advice and must not be used as contraception. We do not sell this data or use it for third-party advertising.
In the app, open Settings > My account > Delete account and confirm the request. This removes account access and the account record. To also request deletion of synced content—including journal entries, habits, tasks, photos, and health and wellbeing data—or to delete specific data without closing the account, email support@youdailyplan.com from your account email address. We will verify the request and normally process it within 30 days. Backups rotate within 90 days; we retain information longer only when required by law or needed for security and fraud prevention.
We use data to provide the service, authenticate your account, sync content, store preferences, prevent abuse, troubleshoot issues, answer requests, and comply with legal obligations.
Depending on the case, we process data to perform the requested service, for legitimate interests in security and improvement, to meet legal obligations, or with your consent when required.
We may rely on hosting, infrastructure, authentication, email, analytics, app store, and support providers. When a provider processes data, it must do so for the contracted role and under reasonable safeguards.
We keep data while needed to provide the service or meet applicable obligations. You may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection when the law allows it.
